DJIHEM, a self-made painter, is gathering his inspiration from his French region of origin: Brittany. The warm colors DJIHEM is using to light up his paintings are coming from the numerous trips the artist made in North (Maghreb) and East of Africa also called "Horn of Africa". DJIHEM is constantly looking for new technical creations and ideas which are explaining the paintings diversity. Because the artist paints daily scenes with humor and simplicity, everybody can easily recognize itself. In this paint story built around derision and wonder, DJIHEM offers our staggered eyes the secrets of our lives. Thus the artist is blooming in a plurial universe of a very weird art with an immature look sometimes coming from childhood.
